Anna's Travel Map

As we head off to Greece this Thursday (at 6:45am! oy!) I started thinking again about Anna's travels. Living in Germany has benefited us in so many ways, but by far I think the best benefit are the travel opportunities. I made Anna a travel map and so far she's been to 5% of the world! It's not the BEST map because it lists Sardinia and Sicily as Italy - and Anna hasn't been to either of those islands.

Next week we'll be in the good ole USA!!! We can add a few more states to Anna's map (like Michigan!).

We had Thanksgiving here yesterday with 9 of our friends and 6 wee ones. I wish I took some photos, but it was a crazy busy day! I think I grabbed one of the turkey on Brian's iPhone so I'll see if I can get him to email it to me.

Wednesday

We're home from Ramstein. Brian's eye surgery went well. He's recovering this week at home. It's nice to have a second pair of hands to chase little miss you know who around. She's a crawling machine!

We're in full on winter mode here. It's been 30s this week during the day and rainy. It even snowed here while we were in Ramstein. I will say if it's going to be rainy, muddy and cold - I wish the ground would freeze!!! I'm so tired or muddy paws, muddy shoes and a muddy yard.

For Thanksgiving we're heading to Greece and then to the US for two weeks in December.

Anna and her overalls - I love them so much I ordered the same pair in 18mo.

obsessed with shoes

If the house is quiet, there are two places you will find Anna. The bathroom - unrolling all of the toilet paper she can get her hands on. Her room - pulling ALL of her shoes out of the drawer.

I think I've trained her well.
